Axishift FAQ: Your Comprehensive Guide to Managing Your Crypto Account

If you need to reset your Axishift password, contact our Support Team. They’ll guide you through the process of setting up a new password, eliminating the need for manual changes.

Your Axishift account must be verified before you can trade cryptocurrencies. If assistance is needed, our Customer Care Team is ready to help.

To verify your Axishift account, log in and follow these instructions:

1. Select User Verification.
2. Upload one of the following
   • Passport and a recent Utility Bill.
   • Government-issued ID Card and a Utility Bill.
   • Driver’s License and a Utility Bill.
3. Take a selfie.
4. Click Verify. Verification can take up to 24 hours but is usually quicker.

After your Axishift account is verified, click on Buy Bitcoin to purchase the desired amount.

We utilize rates from top banks to convert your dollars or euros into bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. We display the rate at the time of your transaction for full transparency.

Axishift accepts major credit cards and wire transfers, allowing for seamless buying and selling of cryptocurrencies on our secure platform.

Axishift is committed to transparency and does not charge hidden fees. We adhere to exchange rates from our partner banks, ensuring clear and honest transactions.

Cryptocurrencies are typically transferred to your Axishift wallet immediately after purchase. In rare instances, it may take up to 5 working days. Your account manager will keep you informed of your transaction status.

Transactions involving third parties like banks require approval and KYC procedures, which may take time, especially if additional documentation is required.

KYC, or Know Your Client, is a process that verifies your identity through a series of questions. This is necessary when registering your Axishift account and before making cryptocurrency investments.

Completing the KYC document is legally required. Each time you purchase cryptocurrencies, you’ll need to sign this document again. While it may seem repetitive, it’s crucial for compliance.

Orders can be canceled if they haven’t been processed yet. Contact our Customer Care Team immediately if you need to cancel an order. Once an order is finalized, it cannot be canceled, so please double-check before submitting.

To check your balance:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover over your username in the top menu.
3. Select Transactions from the drop-down menu.
4. Your balance will be displayed on the left side of the Transactions page.
